I did my first real estate deal in June of this year and while I came to enjoy the profits (some of which went into buying our home) I don’t enjoy the cat and mouse game of finding the “right” property at the “right” price. The land flipping business works by finding a good piece of land at a decent price. These properties are becoming harder and harder to find and I question if the first deal I did was beginner’s luck.
Fall is when the real estate market slows down so I’ve started learning the stock market. The appeal here is I don’t believe I am at my best as a business operator but I believe my strengths lie in researching and analyzing companies. It’s good fun to had as I continue my search to find the next flip.
